>> Mr. J.M. Seth : Chairman

J.M. Seth has more than four decades of administrative experience with Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) in a very senior management role. Some of these roles include being on the board of Madhya Pradesh Financial Corporation and Himachal Pradesh Financial Corporation. He was also the Nominee Director with CIMMCO Birla on behalf of Life Insurance of India (LIC) & General Insurance of India (GIC). And is an active Partner in a joint venture with Micro Clinic - Tresor Systems Pvt Ltd.

Given that business administration and logistics are his strongholds, MicroClinic has delivery networks at the remotest of places. And takes pride in its efficiency and speed.

>> Mr. Tarun Seth : Managing Director

Tarun Seth started his career at Modi Xerox as an ordinary sales executive. Six months later he was made the Territory manager of the very same unit he served in. He was already managing a major account at Xerox when he moved to Raychem Engineering, one of the top 40th largest USA Company as Regional Head for North and South and later managing Eastern Europe. One of his biggest accomplishments was during his tenure as Head North at Computer Point where he was instrumental in causing an astounding growth of 400% for his region.

At the time of its inception in 1991, MicroClinic was a 14.6 Lacs INR company. Eighteen years later, in the year 2008-09 the Seths took the revenues to 121 Crores INR, and were a 650 employee company with 19 branches across India. And ZERO LIABILITIES.

>> Mr. Diwakar Khatri : CEO

Diwakar Khatri After Completing his B.Tech in Computer Science from Pune University in 1995 started his career and worked with two major players in IT Industry at that time. In Year 2000 he joined Micro Clinic with 7.6 Cr Turnover at that time was major contributor in making Micro Clinic a 121 Cr Company today. He used to Head Micro Clinic North and then Moved to Mumbai in Year 2004 and was responsible for starting new operations in Western part of India and went on to Make Micro Clinic The No 1 partner of HP in West. With his technical Competence and Hardcore Sales knowledge he today has made Micro Clinic a Major player in Solution Selling to Enterprise Customers. During his initial years with Micro Clinic, his direct involvement in Sales brought numerous Enterprise Customers to our portfolio. With tenure of over 10 years with Micro Clinic, Diwakar has been an integral part of our business unit. During his term, he has been consistently involved in questing for new initiatives in the company. His knowledge, experience and deliveries in the IT sector are an inspiration for many in the organization

>> Mr. Prashant Gupta : CTO

Prashant Gupta holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications engineering from Bangalore University in India. He owns over 13 years of varied experience in Planning, Implementing and Supporting IT Infrastructure. He is responsible for driving the Technology Services for Micro Clinic across India. Having vast experience on Speech recognition technology and under his guidance Micro Clinic Launched his Automated Voice Recognition based helpdesk. He is also responsible for the Micro Clinic‘s New Initiative 1440.in on Automated Managed Services.

>> Howard Kim

Howard Kim is the Chairman and CEO of Jay-Young Company (JYC), a privately held diversified investment and business development company with high-level expertise to provide the necessary capabilities to guide U.S. technology companies to establish and expand their international presence in the Asia-Pacific market.

Mr. Kim has had an illustrious and prosperous career having held various key executive management positions for several high-tech corporations where he was responsible for successfully establishing and growing their presence in the Asia-Pacific market. Mr. Kim is an 20+ year veteran in the communications industry and has left an indelible mark on those companies he's aided in marketing high-tech startups to successfully penetrate into the Asia-Pacific region, which in turn, gave him the vision to apply his vast expertise with the inception of Jay-Young Company.

Before founding JYC, Mr. Kim led Sycamore Networks in developing its market presence in the Asia-Pacific region, while serving as its Managing Director of Asia-Pacific Operation. Prior to that, Mr. Kim has served as the Vice President and General Manager of Asia-Pacific Operations for Hypercom Network Systems, and as Regional Director of Sales of Asia-Pacific Operations for Cascade Communications (Lucent). He has also served in various sales, marketing and technical positions with some of the leading communications and networking companies, including, StrataCom (Cisco), Ungermann-Bass (UB Networks), Compression Labs, California Microwave, and GTE Corporation (Sprint Communications).

Mr. Kim is a Limited Partner with strategic and financial influence with Storm Ventures, Telesoft Partners and Granite Global Ventures. Mr. Kim is also involved in Private Equity funds focusing on project financing of several leisure and entertainment projects throughout Asia Pacific Region.

Mr. Kim holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

>> Ravinder Sajwan - Serial Entrepreuner

Ravi cofounded TenM3, Inc. a cloud based video broadcast service. Prior to TenM3, Ravi co-founded Ample Communications, Inc., in September 2000 and served as its Chief Technical Officer since 2000. Prior to founding Ample, Mr. Sajwan served as Chief Technical Officer of Acclaim Communications, a company he helped co-found in May 1995. Prior to Acclaim, Mr. Sajwan served as Architect of Integrated Telecom Technology, Inc. ("IGT"). Mr. Sajwan served as a Technical Consultant to Level One and Intel and helped drive communications product ... strategies until October 1999. He has founded multiple high technology companies, including Network Synthesis, Inc. Mr. Sajwan spent several years at Stratacom Inc., where he held key senior technical positions. He is Director of Ultralinq Healthcare Systems, Director of ALCiS Health, Inc., since April 2004. He served as a Director of Ample Communications, Inc. He is a Serial Entrepreneur with interests in healthcare infrrastructure, consumer staples, internet media and network technology. Mr. Sajwan graduated with honors and holds an M.S.E.E. from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn (New York).
